Variables are the thing that can change like the price of cups, lemons, ice, and sugar also the weather is constantly changing. You can change the price of a cup of lemonade also you can change the amout of sugar, ice snd lemons you put in the lemonade.
A constant is something that never changes like the cup no matter what you always use one cup.
Perishable Itams are ice and lemons and sugar because they all can go bad over time, like the lemons will spoil, sugar could get bugs in it and the ice will melt
